Our delivery service
We are trying to send all orders made before 1PM, next day with 24h delivery service. It cannot be guaranteed though. All orders over £30 will be delivered for free.
Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (we are still small). Smaller orders may be sent via Royal Mail; larger orders may be sent by courier and may require a signature. Please make sure you keep the receipts which will accompany your order.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Whenever applicable, the total cost and details of delivery charges will be explained in full at the basket page. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer a collection service.
Free delivery promotions apply to UK addressed orders only, and are applicable to orders over £30. Our Next Working Day Delivery options apply to NDD addresses only; whilst we can’t guarantee a next working day delivery to the following postcodes/areas, orders will be sent on the quickest delivery option available. Please note that our selection packs are not available on our Next Working Day delivery service.
